When do I schedule my preview?

Due to artists not being assigned to events until 90 days prior, we recommend scheduling your preview after that date so that your assigned artist can perform your preview. Please be aware that we do not schedule previews on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays from April - November.

Is a hair and/or makeup preview mandatory?

No, however we highly suggest that you schedule a preview to make sure you love the look you're envisioning for your big day.

Will my hair and makeup preview occur at the same time?

If you are assigned 2 primary artists (one hair and one makeup), yes! Your hair and makeup preview will occur simultaneously. If you are assigned one primary artist (who does both hair and makeup), your previews will occur consecutively.

What if I am unhappy with the results of my preview?

If there is any part of your hair and/or makeup preview that you are unhappy with, don't be afraid to tell your artist(s). We will not be offended! Make sure you explain to your artist what you love and do not love and they can make the proper adjustments that are necessary before you leave. We realize choosing a hair or makeup style can be difficult and sometimes a second preview is necessary. If you decide to schedule a second preview, please know the full price will apply.

Is gratuity included in your pricing for weddings?

We include a 20% gratuity when there are 6 or more services being performed.

Do you require a minimum amount of services?

Yes. During our prime wedding season (April - November), we require a minimum of 5 adult services per artist.

Yes, for bridal services only. All special event services are performed at our studio in Beverly, MA.

What happens if my artist has a last minute emergency and isn't available to provide services the day of my wedding?

In the 9+ years we have been in business, this has NEVER happened. However, we realize life happens. In that case, all efforts will be made so that there is a replacement artist to perform the contracted services. Should an emergency occur so last minute that no artist can be made available, all fees will be refunded (minus 30% administrative fee).

Can I schedule a preview before signing the contract?
Unfortunately, no. We only schedule previews for those who have signed a contract and paid the non-refundable retainer.

Do you offer discounts?

No, we do not offer discounts of any kind.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to completely cancel your requested bridal services, you must do so no less than 90 days prior to your wedding date. Your retainer will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the remaining balance if you do not cancel before the 90-day deadline.

How long do hair and makeup services take per person on the wedding day?

45 minutes per service for the bridal party and 60-75 minutes for the bride.

Can I bring my mom/friend with me to my preview?

We allow you to bring one guest to accompany you to your preview.

Can my mom schedule a preview?

Due to the amount of weddings we have booked each season, we only allow contracted brides to schedule a preview.

Can my bridesmaids/mom/attendants pay you individually on the wedding day?
A
No, your final balance must be paid in one singe payment, not separately or individually. Final balances are due two weeks before wedding dates.

If I don't want to wear lashes for my wedding, is the price different?
A
No, the price remains the same and they cannot be transferred to someone else.

Can I request an artist?

Yes, however, requests cannot be guaranteed since artists are not assigned to events until 90 days prior.

How do I know that your artists are qualified and I will be happy with their services?

Rest assured that all of our artists are extremely talented and have years of experience. They have been hand picked and professionally trained by the owner, making all of our work complementary and cohesive.
